FULL WEDDING PLANNING (from €4,000)
1/ Understanding your vision
Our first conversation is an opportunity to get to know your story, your expectations, priorities and the kind of wedding you envision. Together, we establish a clear planning timeline and a budget tailored to your needs, allowing everything to move forward at your own pace.
2/ Finding and coordinating your suppliers
I recommend trusted suppliers who are the right fit for your vision: venue, caterer, photographer, music, transport… You make the choices, and I take care of the rest — from initial contact and meetings to contract management, follow-ups and coordination.
3/ Structuring and managing the logistics
I create a detailed planning timeline, manage deadlines, centralise all the information and make sure everyone involved is on the same page. My role is to anticipate, simplify and ensure that every aspect of the planning comes together smoothly.
4/ Coordinating your wedding day
On the day itself, I’m there to welcome your suppliers, oversee every stage of the schedule, answer questions and handle any unexpected details. You can fully enjoy your day, knowing that everything is being taken care of with discretion and care.
5/ Being there for you every step of the way
Throughout the planning process, you can always reach out to me with a question, a thought or simply when you need a little reassurance. I’m here to support you with care and kindness, adapting to your needs and the way you like to work.
The Full Wedding Planning service is designed for couples who would like to be guided every step of the way, with ease and peace of mind.
My role is to be by your side from start to finish — helping you structure, plan and coordinate every aspect of your wedding, while guiding you through the decisions along the way and always respecting your wishes.
WEDDING DAY COORDINATION (from €2,000)
1/ Understanding your plans
Together, we take a detailed look at your wedding plans: your chosen suppliers, the schedule you have in mind, any constraints, preferences and particular considerations. The aim is to fully understand your plans, so I can respect them and bring everything to life on the day.
2/ Liaising with your suppliers
Two months before the wedding, I get in touch with all your suppliers to confirm timings, logistical requirements, access, deliveries and any other important details. I centralise all the information so that everyone knows exactly what is expected of them.
3/ Creating and finalising your wedding day timeline
I create a clear and realistic timeline, including key timings, important moments and any particularly sensitive parts of the day. Once you have approved it, I make sure every supplier has a copy and follows it throughout the day.
4/ Full supervision and handling the unexpected
Present throughout the day, I oversee every stage of the wedding: set-up, supplier arrivals, key moments and any questions that arise on site. I provide a discreet yet attentive presence, stepping in whenever needed to handle the unexpected and keep everything running smoothly and harmoniously. My aim is simple: to allow you to fully enjoy your day without having to worry about the organisation.
5/ One point of contact for you and your suppliers
On the day itself, you have nothing to manage. I am the main point of contact for all your suppliers, allowing you to enjoy every moment with your loved ones, completely free from the mental load of the organisation.
The Wedding Day Coordination service is designed for couples who have already planned their wedding and want to fully enjoy their day, without having to worry about the logistics or any unexpected details.
My role is to take over with care and efficiency, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and unfolds just as you imagined.
